Ideal candidates will be able to switch tasks and set priorities. Good note-taking and documentation is preferred.
Knowledge of network protocols and how to troubleshoot will be required daily. Training will be provided, but existing experience is preferred.
Salary can increase upon completion of training and depending on experience.
Overview:
As the ideal candidate you must be friendly and adaptive in a variety of problem solving situations. You must exhibit excellent customer service skills, have the ability to be flexible in your work schedule, and keep multiple projects in mind simultaneously. The job opening is full or part time depending on your needs. We prefer full time 9am-5pm. Job is hourly and some days may run into overtime. Remote work possible after training and experience.
Requirements to be performed include but are not limited to:

Exhibit basic knowledge of networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques for multiple devices and operating systems.

Exhibit knowledge of user interfaces with multiple operating systems and devices.
Perform duties in a professional and courteous manner.
Adaptive learning capabilities for a constantly evolving industry.
Preferred but not required skills:
Comfortable with Windows and MAC platforms.
Knowledge of router setup, customization and inspection techniques.
Use and setup of Internet and Email Applications (Explorer, Firefox, Mail).
Ability to operate basic computer control panel network settings.
Computer networking and IP subnet knowledge.
VPN Connectivity knowledge.
